On the 3 floors, 6 rooms / suites are distributed to accommodate from one to 4 people each.
The 6 bedrooms each have a color identity and a theme for the interior design.
You will find:
- The Green Room, decorated with paintings and paintings illustrating the flora and fauna;
- The Yellow Room, in which you will find old photos of Caen and its surroundings;
- The Blue Room, decorated with posters of films shot in Normandy;
- The Red Room, in which you will find posters of music festivals in Normandy;
- The Rose Room, with romantic decor.
And in the outbuilding of the main house, directly overlooking the outside courtyard:
- The cottage, with warm and bright tones at the same time.

Frequently asked Questions
Is breakfast included in the rates ?
Breakfast goes for 12.5€/person.
For the rooms, it is served in the dining room, located on the ground floor, buffet style from 08.00 to 10.00 am.
For the cottage, it will be dropped off in front of the door from 08.00 am to 10.00 am.
Is there parking near the house ?
Yes, there are parking spaces right in front of the house, on Place Saint-Martin, and in the surrounding streets (free from 19.00 to 09.30).
Also, an underground paid car park is available 400m away, opposite the town hall.
What time do we have to arrive and leave Clos Saint-Martin ?
Arrivals are generally between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Otherwise, you can specify your arrival time to welcome you in the best conditions. Departures are scheduled at 11 am at the latest.
What are the accepted payment methods ?
We accept payments in cash, by credit card, check and holiday voucher

For the respect of other clients with allergies, animals are not allowed in the establishment in as much as we would love to welcome our friends on four legs in our beautiful home.
